Medals will be handed out per age category at the end of the race and $100 gift card will be handed out to the overall male and female runners.

- Medals for the Top Male/Female per age group (0-11, 12-18, 19-39, 40-59, 60 and up)
Please note: The online registration deadline, to receive a shirt at the 5k is August 6, 2025. Those who register online, or in person, after this deadline, may not receive a shirt at the 5k. In-person registration will be available on the day of the event at 8:00am.
Dayton Physicians Foundation for Hope is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that helps individuals with their essential living expenses while they undergo treatment for cancer. Cancer patients can receive assistance from the Foundation for their non-medical bills, such as overdue rent/mortgage payments, utility bills, transportation to and from treatment appointments and meals for them and their families. This financial assistance immediately impacts cancer patients and their families in the communities we serve across the Miami Valley, allowing them to focus on their recovery.
