Billing and No Show Policy

As a valued patient of our Urology clinic, we wanted to provide you with some important information regarding our office collection policy. Beginning June 1, 2024, all Copay, Deductible, and Co- Insurance Amounts are due at time of service. If you have a deductible which has not been satisfied for the year, a payment of $175.00 will be required for your visit.

If your Co-Pay or Deductible fee is not paid upon check in, your appointment will be cancelled.
Please note that a fee of $50 will be charged for missed appointments that are not cancelled or changed within 24 hours of appointment.

We understand that this may be a new process for some patients, but please know that this measure helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that each patient receives the attention and care they deserve during their appointment.
