WHERE DO I GO AND WHO WILL I SEE?

  • Your care team will assess your needs. Care teams include physicians, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, nurses, and other clinical staff. Our goal is to address your urgent care needs at one of our specialized clinics the same day. This could be by telephone, telehealth visit, or in-person visit.

Our nurses have access to your medical records and can communicate with your physician and/or care team. If an urgent matter needs addressed after hours, you can speak with the physician on-call.
